Legal guarantee means that the article must do what you can reasonably expect it to do. There is no legal time limit attached to this guaranteebecause what you can expect as a consumer is different for each item.
Before returning a product, please contact match.nl via our contact form, by telephone or by e-mail. We will then send you a return form that you can attach to your return.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible! We will of course exchange it free of charge.
If you have ordered the wrong product or if you do not like the product, you can return it to us unopened and unused within 14 days. Returns can be made by post and must be sent to the address below. When placing a wrong order or when you are not satisfied with the product, the return costs are for the buying party and can, without consultation, not be recovered from matcha.nl or Tastea B.V.

Please note that tea is a food product and therefore we take extra measures to ensure food safety. When the seal of a package is broken, we cannot accept a product back. For health reasons and hygiene protection, matcha.nl packages that are opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Any complaints about the product must be reported as soon as possible.
If you think there is something qualitatively wrong with the product, keep the packaging handy. One of the first questions we will ask is the batch number. If a product is not to your liking, this is not a reason to return the product, because it is not lacking quality.
For our other non-food products, the legal right of withdrawal applies. We can only accept accessories and items if the packaging is returned undamaged. Defects caused by personal use cannot be refunded or compensated.
If you have received a gift with your order, you must also return it. If not, we will deduct the purchase price of the gift from the amount to be returned.
We will refund the money to your account within 14 days of receiving your return. Products that are damaged or used cannot be returned and therefore do not qualify for a refund.
