Our Ceremonial Matcha Tencha Nishio is made from the youngest tea leaves, organically grown on the shady hills of Nishio, Japan. Nishio ( 西尾市 ) is a city in Aichi Prefecture, similar to what we consider a province in the Netherlands, and is known as Japan's regional leader in producing matcha teas.
This matcha tea is made from the youngest leaves of the Tencha species.
