Beginner Matcha

This Beginner Matcha is perfect for the novice matcha drinker. Whereas ceremonial matcha is made from the highest-growing leaves of the Tencha tea plant, this variety uses the lower-growing, stiffer tea leaves. The Beginner matcha has a deep green colour and is strong, slightly spicy and earthy in flavour.

This matcha is perfect for everyday use in lattes or (baking) recipes, for example. But this matcha is also of excellent quality for drinking pure and a good way to get acquainted with matcha.
